Membrane modules are state of the art equipment for lower purity (typical 92%-99.9%) continuous Nitrogen requirements. Specific polymer membranes permit certain gases to permeate as pass through the membrane material faster, allowing mixed gas to be efficiently separated. This membrane module is suitable for medium to small needs.
Unique property of molecular sieve material made from Carbon or Zeolite allows the separation of gas mixtures, such as air, at normal atmospheric temperatures. This separation occurs as the sieve material selectively adsorbs one of the gases within its porous structure faster than the other, creating an increasingly higher concentration of the non-absorbed gas. For the supply of Nitrogen, we utilize the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process. Our Oxygen system incorporate the Pressure Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VPSA) process, using a performance proven Zeolite specifically designed for air separation.
