The Company has an indirect stake of 59.95% in PT Samabayu Mandala (“SBM”) following the Company’s 99.91% stake in PT Samator Gas Industri (“SGI”) and SGI’s 60.00% stake in SBM shares. The Company also has an indirect investment of 49.88% in Associate Entity PT Krakatau Samator following the Company’s 35.20% stake in KS and 50.00% stake in PT Ruci Gas (“RG”), which owns 29.34% shares in KS.
