Achieved 5% of Growth in This Semester, AGII Optimists to Accelerate Growth in Semester-II

Jakarta, 31 July 2023 – PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (Bloomberg Code: AGII IJ or the “Company”) has released its Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 (“1H-2023”) and 2022 (“1H-2022”). As of the 1H-2023 period, Total Sales reached IDR 1,337 trillion, an increase of 5.6% compared to that of 1H-2022. Gross Profit reached IDR 603,612 billion, an increase of 5.0% compared to that of the previous year, and Profit for the Year hits IDR 68,896 billion, an increase of 28,0% compared to that of 30 June 2022, which reached IDR 53,845 billion.

“The Company has recently started operating a Filling Station in North Kalimantan Province in order to meet the increasing demand from customers in the region, mainly from the smelter customer segment. By that being said, AGII’s operational area now covers 29 provinces up from the previous 28 provinces. This is in-line with the Company’s plan to fulfill the needs across Indonesia. The Company has achieved significant Sales growth at 27.1%, EBITDA at 28.0%, and Net Income at 50.8% compared to the pre-pandemic in the first semester of 2019,” spoke Rachmat Harsono, AGII President Director.
