PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk Rebrands and Changes Name to PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk

Jakarta, 12 December 2022 - PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (''AGII'' or 'the Company'') officially changed its name to PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk. The Company’s Name Change was approved by Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS” or ''Meeting'") that was held on Monday, 12 December 2022 in Jakarta.

The Company's President Director, Rachmat Harsono said, ''The rebranding of the Company's name aims to further demonstrate the Company's identity as a national company that will continue to contribute to Indonesia, as well as to align the Company's identity with our parent company, Samator''. As the market leader in the medical gas sector, the Company will continue to prioritize quality and performance excellence as well as to provide the best service for customers. Through various strategic initiatives, the Company will also continue to further develop their vast and strong business network in Indonesia.
