Ending the Fiscal Year, AGII Secured a Syndicated Loan Amounting to IDR 4.6 Trillion

Jakarta, 15 December 2023 – PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (Bloomberg Code: AGII.IJ or the "Company") has obtained a Syndicated Loan from several bank partners, including Bank Danamon, Bank OCBC NISP, Bank BRI, and Bank CIMB Niaga as the Facility Agent and Security Agent. The syndicated loan, amounting to IDR 4.6 trillion, is intended to fund the Company's involvement in the national downstreaming project in the upcoming year 2024.

In terms of the next fiscal year projection, the Company’s President Director, Rachmat Harsono, stated, "The company aims for the Total Revenue in 2024 to grow by 9.6% from our last target for 2023. To achieve this growth target, the syndicated loan we obtained will be utilized to support the 2024 CAPEX. We have budgeted next year’s CAPEX in the range of IDR 1 Trillion to IDR 1.1 Trillion. In terms of operational, the upcoming project will stem from the growth potential in the Infrastructure and Other Manufacturing sector, mainly supported by our strategic role in our respective customers’ smelter.”

In addition to securing the syndicated loan, the Company also held Public Expose ("Pubex"). The Pubex, held at Novotel Samator East Surabaya, was attended by Rachmat Harsono and the Board of Directors, aiming to provide an overview of the Company's performance Year to Date until September 30, 2023.
