AGMS of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk Approves Dividend Distribution Amounting to IDR 33.1 Billion

Jakarta, 24 June 2024–PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (Bloomberg Code: AGII IJ or the “Company”) today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) for 2023 Financial Year (“FY23”) at The Westin Jakarta. The AGMS was held offline and online using the application provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI"), namely the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System ("eASY.KSEI").

The Company’s AGMS has discussed 7 (seven) Agendas proposal, one of which is the approval of cash dividend distribution amounting to IDR 33.1 billion, or equivalent to 20% of the Company’s FY23 Net Profit Attributable to Parent Entity which reached IDR 165.41 billion. Hence, the respective shareholders will receive dividend amounting IDR 10.8 per share.

President Director of AGII, Mr. Rachmat Harsono, stated, “This dividend distribution is a form of our appreciation and gratitude towards the support from our shareholders. We are committed to maximizing our performance to maintain shareholders’ trust in our business.”

Regarding FY23 performance, Rachmat explained, "Despite tough global economic conditions, Samator once again managed to prove its resilience by achieving sales growth that exceeded the national GDP growth. Sales growth was driven by positive growth in all business sectors, mainly in the Infrastructure sector. Medical sector also experienced a positive growth after experiencing post-Covid normalization last year, due to our persistence in exploring new strategic cooperation with new strategic partners, as well as continuing to cultivate and maintain relationships with existing hospital networks."
