Acetylene

Acetylene (C₂H₂) is a colorless and flammable gas with a garlic-like odor.
Acetylene is a synthetic gas produced from the reaction between calcium carbide and water. It is transported and stored in cylinders containing liquid acetone.

Acetylene is widely used for metal cutting, welding, and also for fruit ripening (carbide ripening).
The company has obtained the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) No. 0575/PUSTAN/SNI-AS/VIII/2012 for the Acetylene product.
