Articles of Association
PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk was established in 1971 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 28 dated September 21, 1971, made before Notary Soeleman Ardjasasmita in Jakarta, and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia (“BNRI”) dated December 24, 1971 No. 576 Supplement No. 103.
In 2016, the Company's Articles of Association was amended as recorded in Deed No. 64 dated June 17, 2016 made before Notary Fathiah Helmi, SH, which obtained approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-0011532.AH.01.02 Year 2016 and also was received as well as documented in the database of the Law Agency Administration System together with the Receipt of Amendment to Articles of Association and Amendment to Company Data Number: AHU-AH.01.03-0058484 and Number: AHU-AH.01.03-0058485. In the same year, on November 30, 2016 made before the notary Fathiah Helmi, the Deed of Amendment to the Articles of Association No.56 also received the Receipt of Amendment to the Articles of Association from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia dated December 16, 2016 Number: AHU-AH. 01.03-0108739. The change was done to align with the provisions of the Central Statistics Agency Regulation regarding the Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI)
In 2019, amendments to the Articles of Association related to the composition of the Company's Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, Deed No. 73, dated July 11 2019, made before Notary Humberg Lie, were recorded in the Receipt of Amendment of Company Data from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia dated 25 July 2019 Number: AHU-AH.01.03-0303621.
Amendment to the Articles of Association in 2020, Deed Number 54 dated August 28 2020 made before Notary Ira Sudjono, SH, M.Hum., M.Kn., MM in West Jakarta were acknowledged in the Receipt of Amendment to the Articles of Association from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights The Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0063255.AH.01.02 dated September 14, 2020. This amendment was made in regards to the adjustment of the 2017 Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields (KBLI) as stipulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (Online Single Submission).
