Nomination & Remuneration Committee
Currently, AGI does not have a Remuneration and Nomination Committee. The Board of Commissioners decided that the nomination and remuneration functions for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners could still be carried out properly by the Board of Commissioners.
In carrying out the nomination function, the Board of Commissioners has duties and responsibilities and is required to carry out the following procedures:
- Compile the composition for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Compile policies and criterias required in the Nomination process
- Performance evaluation policies for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Assess the performance of members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners based on benchmarks that have been prepared as evaluation materials
- Compile capacity building programs for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Review and nominate candidates who meet the requirements as members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners to the Board of Commissioners to be submitted to the GMS
In carrying out its remuneration function, the Board of Commissioners has the duties and responsibilities and is required to carry out the following procedures:
- Compile remuneration structure for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Compile policy on remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Compile the amount of remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
- Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with the remuneration received by each member of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners
